We do not accept insurance for office visits. Insurance still works for labs, imaging, and medication.

If you have commercial insurance (not Medicare), then you may be able to submit a claim to your insurance as out of network. Please see the page under Reimbursify for more information. You can contact your insurance company to ask specific questions regarding reimbursement.

Pay $95 per month and receive up to 10 visits per year. This includes up to 4 joint or intramuscular injections, or 4 trigger point sessions annually. Prior authorizations, forms, and continuous communication included.
